Referral Scoring

In this section we explain how you can create Referral groups and score referrers in these groups.

1. Go to Engage -> Personalization -> Referral Scoring.

2. Click Add referral group.

1. Assign a score to your Personas and/or Available customer journeys.

1. Click Save and close

2. Go to the Unscored referrals tab

3. Click Assign.

By default, the score will be assigned when the referrer matches the whole URL (in this case facebook.com/mycompany/products). It is also possible to assign the score on the entire domain (That is facebook.com).

1. Select the score type. For example, Score this specific URL.

1. Click Save.

You have now created Referral groups and scored referrers in your groups.
